Shipping & Returns

 

Shipping Domestic

The cost of shipping will vary with each individual order depending on weight and size. We aim to despatch items on the same day as order through Royal mail or Parcelforce. Orders should arrive within 1 - 3 working days.

Shipping International

Our prices do not include taxes and tariffs. Customers outside of the United Kingdom may be subject to customs fees and/or import duties and taxes, which are levied once an order reaches your country. We do not cover any additional charges for customs clearance these must be paid for by you (we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be).

Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office or tax authority for information specific to your situation. Additionally, when ordering from us, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.

Returns

Our primary concern is to make you fully satisfied with every item purchased from info@therightpathnaturally.com. If you are not happy with an item that you purchased, then please contact us and provide details about the item you would like to return. We accept returns of all products, within thirty (30) days of receipt, for exchange or refund.

Items must be in unopened and unused condition. A return address will be provided to the customer to ship the return to.

Return Shipping

We will pay the return shipping costs if you receive the wrong item because of our error. If there is any other reason for an exchange, then you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Refund Policy

You will receive an email once we receive and inspect your return. We will also notify you of the status of your refund. Once your refund is processed then a credit will be applied to your credit card.

Lost or damaged parcels

If you have any lost or missing products from your order then please contact us as soon as possible.

Lost parcels must be reported within 30 days of the dispatch date - we will not be liable for any loss should you fail to do this.

We take great care to ensure your items reach you in good condition. However, if you are unfortunate to receive a damaged item, just return it to us and we will happily refund or replace it.
